WARRANTY POLICY

Requests for returns (RGAs) must be submitted to orders@watermatrix.com for authorization to proceed with the returns process. To obtain authorization, the purchase must data from the previous 30 days and the products must be included in the referenced purchase order. *

Management approval is required for requests outside of 30 days and a restocking fee may apply.

The Order Desk team will forward an RGA for the requested products to be returned to the Water Matrix Warehouse. Upon arrival at the WM Warehouse, the products will be assessed for condition - all returned items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging. Once determination on condition is made, the Order Desk team will advise on acceptance or rejection of the return.

If the return is accepted, credit will be applied to the customer account. If the return is rejected, products may be picked up from the Warehouse within 30 day, or will be discarded by WM.

* Custom and non-stock items are excluded from these terms.

WARRANTY BY PRODUCT:

HENNESSY & HINCHCLIFFE PROFICIENCY TOILETS:

Lifetime warranty on porcelain and 1 year warranty on the flapper and fill valve

Warranty Details: Toilets sold by Water Matrix are covered under an OEM warranty that is facilitated by WM. The toilets are manufactured with superior quality standards and workmanship and are warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. A limited lifetime OEM warranty applies to the china and provides coverage for defects, including discoloration and hairline cracks. For defects in the interior mechanical parts, a limited one-year warranty applies.

This warranty excludes incidental damages and failures due to misuse or normal wear and tear, and no coverage is included for water damage. Improper installation, care, or cleaning will void this warranty.

Water Matrix is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental costs, and in no event shall the replacement or credit exceed the purchase price of the original product.

Damage caused during the transportation, handling, or storage after products leave the Water Matrix facilities in good condition is not covered under warranty. Claims for all such damage must be made to the transportation company, as applicable.

Warranty replacement and credit requests must be submitted to orders@watermatrix.com. Requests must include the original PO number, along with photos of the damaged products. Upon receipt of the claim request, the Water Matrix team will assess the photos and provide a determination of coverage. If the claim is accepted, approval will be granted for replacement or credit for the damaged product. If the claim is rejected, explanation will be provided by the Order Desk team.

PENGUIN OVERFLOW PROTECTED TOILETS:

5 year limited warranty

Warranty Details Flush Valve: The flush valve is warrantied for a five-year period. Fill Valve: The fill valve is warrantied for a five-year period. Vitreous China: Vitreous china is warrantied for a period of five years. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including discoloration and hairline cracks. Deficiencies due to misuse or improper installation are not covered. Seats: The raised ADA and regular elongated seats are warrantied for a period of one year. All Other Toilet Parts: All other toilet parts are warrantied for a period of five years.

Warranty Details: Limited Warranty – LeakPRO System

LeakPRO Systems sold by Water Matrix are covered under an OEM warranty that is facilitated by WM. The electrical components of the LeakPRO System are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase if properly installed and under normal use. This warranty excludes incidental damages and failures due to misuse and no coverage is included for batteries that require replacing. Improper installation, care, or cleaning will void this warranty. If found to be defective as mentioned above, it will be replaced or repaired if returned prepaid along with proof of date of purchase. This shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of OEM and Water Matrix. To the extent permitted by law, the stated warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties or representations whether expressed or implied. In no event shall OEM and Water Matrix be liable for special or consequential damages.

IMPORTANT! Adherence to all local and municipal building, plumbing, and electrical codes as they pertain to the LeakPRO System is of utmost importance. Codes in some areas may require that a licensed plumber be employed to do the installation, or that the proper permits be obtained prior to any installation. Even if local codes do not require a licensed plumber to do the installation, it is necessary that the installer has a professional level of competence in both plumbing and electrical skills to perform this installation. These instructions assume this level of knowledge and skill. If in doubt, use a licensed professional.

6 year warranty

Warranty Details: Evolve Technologies warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) years from the date of purchase This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at Evolve Technologies’ sole option, any such defective products This warranty does not apply to equipment which has been damaged by accident, negligence, or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way The product must be returned with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered and proof of date and place of purchase

Limited warranty

1. Limited Warranty: Manufacturer warrants that the Products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If the Products do not conform to this Limited Warranty during the warranty period (as herein above specified), Buyer shall notify Manufacturer in writing of the claimed defects and demonstrate to Manufacturer’s satisfaction that said defects are covered by this Limited Warranty. If the defects are properly reported to Manufacturer within the warranty period, and the defects are of such type and nature as to be covered by this warranty, Manufacturer shall, at its own expense, furnish, replacement Products or, at Manufacturer's option, replacement parts for the defective Products. Shipping and handling of the replacement Products or replacement parts shall be at Buyer's expense.

2. Other Limits: THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Manufacturer does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use or handling of the Products, against defects or damages arising from improper installation (where installation is by persons other than Manufacturer), against defects in products or components not manufactured by Manufacturer, or against damages resulting from such non-Manufacturer made products or components. Manufacturer passes on to Buyer the warranty it received (if any) from the maker thereof of such non-Manufacturer made products or components. This warranty also does not apply to Products upon which repairs have been effected or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization by Manufacturer.

3. Exclusive Obligation: THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. The sole and exclusive obligation of Manufacturer shall be to repair or replace the defective Products in the manner and for the period provided above. Manufacturer shall not have any other obligation with respect to the Products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall Manufacturer be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.

4. Other Statements: Manufacturer's employees or representatives ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not a part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.

5. Entire Obligation: This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Manufacturer with respect to the Products. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
