Water Matrix install teams are veterans. With over 5,000 retrofits under our belt, we know how to maximize a work day. During your installation, you can expect Water Matrix to complete 30-80 units per day, depending on the product and service you have selected. That means average properties of 100 units can be completed in just 1.5 - 2 days.

MINIMAL IMPACT to Tenants:

Because of our refined assembly line approach to retrofit, our time in-suite during fixture replacement programs is minimal. Most insuite installs are completed in less than 15 minutes, so your tenants are not impacted during their busy day.

DAILY SCHEDULES Prior to Commencement:
